COQUITO

Ingredients

• 3 cups coconut cream
• 1½ cup rum
• 3 cups condensed milk
• 6 egg yolks
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 vanilla pod split and scraped
• ½ teaspoon nutmeg to sprinkle
• Cinnamon sticks to garnish

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients but the nutmeg and cinnamon stick in a blender for 4 minutes.
2. Put the drink in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
3. Serve coquito chilled, with sprinkled nutmeg.
4. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
